HOW DO I APPLY A COUPON CODE ON DESKTOP?
Once you’ve clicked on the cart icon on the top right corner of your screen, review the contents of your cart and click "CHECKOUT." Enter your code in the field marked "Discount Code" on the right side of your screen. Click "APPLY" and your discount will be deducted from the total.
HOW DO I APPLY A COUPON CODE ON MOBILE DEVICE?
If you're shopping on your mobile device, once you’ve clicked on the cart icon on the top right corner of your screen, review the contents of your cart and click "CHECKOUT." At the top of the Checkout screen, click on "Show order summary" and the filed marked "Discount Code" will show. Enter your code and click on the arrow button. Your discount will be deducted from the total.
CAN I APPLY MORE THAN ONE COUPON CODE ON MY ORDER?
Only one coupon code may be used per order.
HOW DO I VIEW MY CART?
Click on the cart icon on the top right corner of the page at any time to view your cart.
HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Click on the account icon on the upper right corner of the screen then click on "Sign up". Fill out the form and then click Create.
HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
Click on the account icon on the upper right corner of the screen then click on "Log in". At the bottom of the Login form, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link, enter your email address and click Submit. A link will be sent to your email address to reset your password. Choose something besides "password."
WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING MY PASSWORD RESET EMAIL?
Check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, please attempt to reset your password again from our site. If you're still not receiving a link to reset it, contact customerservice@activeargan.com.
HOW DO I LOG OUT?
Click on the account icon on the upper right corner of the screen then click on "Log Out". You're now successfully logged out.
HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR EMAIL LIST?
We hate to see you go (and miss out on special offers and other important updates), but we understand the need for a less cluttered inbox. Simply click on the unsubscribe link that's at the bottom of all of our emails and we will remove you from all future mailings.

We are committed providing safe, effective skincare formulations featuring the latest in cosmetic research + innovation and confident you will be delighted with our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, return the unused portion within 30 days of the initial purchase. We will happily refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping and handling fees) of the returned item(s) to the original form of payment. Or help facilitate an exchange. Please contact customerservice@activeargan.com to initiate a return or exchange.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Indeed, you can! If you reach out to us within one hour during regular business hours, we can change or cancel your order immediately. Otherwise, we can always help you return or exchange any item.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You'll be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also login to your Active Argan™ account to check your order status at any time or contact us here and we'll be happy to assist you.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
With Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days. With Priority Shipping: 3-5 business days. Orders to Alaska & Hawaii may take up to 5 extra business days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not at this time.
TRACKING LINK NOT WORKING?
Occasionally, when our warehouse finds a quicker way to ship out a package, the link in your tracking email may not work. Not to worry! Simply copy the tracking number from your email and paste it into Google, and follow the link for USPS to track your order. It's more than likely that your order is already on its way.
